There are many celtic Gods and Goddesses that we know and sadly that we don't know.
I shall look at the Herbal gods respectively and hopefully challenge you !
This is just a quick description of the herb and health Gods and Goddesses for more information please access : http://www.shee-eire.com/Magic&Mythology/Gods&Goddess/Celtic/Gods/Diancecht/Page1.htm
Miach
Miach was a son of Dian Cécht the head physician of the Tuatha Dé Danann. Miach was a proponent of the method of natural healing of a person's own body rather than using prosthetics and artificial devices. He managed to completely heal King Nuada's arm making the king whole. His father had fitted King Nuada with an arm of silver, and was jealous that his son was a better physician than he was.
Sadly there is no physical discription on what Miach looked like.
Dian Cécht was so jealous of Miach that he killed him and all the healing herbs grew from his grave which his sister Airmid then categorized and named according to their healing properties.

Dian Cécht
Dian Cécht was a physician and healer of the Tuatha Dé Danann. He healed the King Nuada by fitting him with a workable arm of silver after his other one had been chopped off at the first battle of Magh Tuiredh against the Fir Bolg. Dian Cécht also sang incantations over a well in the vicinity of the Second Battle of Magh Tuiredh into which he placed all the slain warriors and once they were dipped in the well they became whole again and were ready for battle once more. Dian Cécht is said to have been a rival of the methods of healing of his own son Miach, who preferred to use herbs and direct touch and incantations, rather than surgical and prosthetic procedures.
